Use interview phases to consolidate the various stages across different departments for standardized reporting.
TalentWall's interview phases help organizations standardize their interview practices across multiple departments into unified "buckets." This allows all teams to measure performance by the same milestone.
To set up interview phases, navigate to your Executive Dashboard. Under the Stages Summary section, click Configure Phases:
On the next screen, you will see all of your ATS stages at the bottom of the page. Click Add Phase to begin selecting the "buckets" that you want to consolidate your stages under.
Afterward, you can drag and drop your stages to their respective phase:
The order you place stages in within each phase will be reflected throughout various parts of the application which render phase data. These areas include interview-related widgets, executive dashboard job analytics, and funnel segmentation.
