Active Pipeline

All your metrics related to your Active Pipeline can be found here.

To get a look at the specific sources or source types of your candidates, use these metrics in the Active Pipeline library. For example, if you want to know how many referrals you've had in the past, use All Candidates by Source Type. Or if you want to see how many current referrals you have, use Active Candidates by Source Type. Click on the part of the pie for the desired source type and you can view or download the candidates. Use the filters at the top to narrow down your results by a specific Date range, Job, Department, Office, User, Sources, or Custom Fields.

Active Candidates by Source Type:  You'll see a list of candidates of this source that you can download as a CSV. The pie chart will show the number of active candidates, segmented by source type. Date filters do not apply. User filters by Primary Recruiter or Coordinator.

Candidate Freshness: If you need to focus on candidates who are aging or slipping away, you can easily find them by clicking on the segment of candidates who have had no recent activity to follow up with them. These active candidates are broken down by the recency of their last activity aka ‘freshness’ (green, yellow, red, or grey on their candidate card). TalentWall considers Activity as anything that shows up in the activity feed for a particular application - actions such as changing stage, scheduling an interview, etc. Date filters do not apply. User filters by Primary Recruiter or Coordinator.


Candidate Freshness by Department

Learn which departments are following up on candidates or letting them slip away. This widget will show all active candidates, broken down by the recency of their last activity aka ‘freshness’ (green, yellow, red, or grey on their candidate card), segmented by Department. TalentWall considers Activity as anything that shows up in the activity feed for a particular application - things like changing stage, scheduling an interview, etc. Date filters do not apply. User filters by Primary Recruiter or Coordinator.

See which locations need to follow up with candidates with this metric.
