Using the Manager Locker in Manager and Hiring Manager Campaigns
In Manager or Hiring Manager campaigns, managers have access to the Manager Locker. This is where they can view and complete surveys for their employees.
The Manager Locker also allows managers to update an employee’s status if they no longer report to them or have left the company.
Updating Employee Status
Inside the Manager Locker, you’ll see a list of employees with pending surveys. Next to each name, there are two update options:
1. No longer reports to meUse this when an employee has been reassigned to a different manager.

Click No longer reports to me.

Enter the new manager’s details and click Confirm.
The current survey will be canceled. A new survey will be sent to the newly assigned manager.
2. No longer at company
Use this when an employee has left the company.

Click No longer at company.
- Complete the termination information and click Confirm and Start Survey.
The employee will be removed from the campaign.
