Understanding Crosschq Pulse

Crosschq Pulse is a tool that allows organizations to efficiently collect performance information from hiring managers (and optionally from new hires) using short, simple surveys during your organization’s new hire period (typically the first 12 months of employment). Surveys take approximately 15 seconds to complete and consist primarily of a 1 - 10 performance rating score.

Once your account has access to the Pulse module you will be able to select this module from the Crosschq homepage.
