Editing a Voice campaign is possible from the Campaign Manager section of Voice. Locate the campaign you would like to edit, and click the vertical ellipsis at the right of the campaign. Then, select Edit Campaign.
The following Voice settings can be edited after a campaign has been created:
- Audience: The trigger event and filtering can be edited for any ongoing, triggered campaign. Note that this is only editable for triggered campaign types. Non-triggered campaigns (aka a campaign that leverages an ad hoc contact list as its audience), cannot edit their audience.
- Messages: The scheduling and message copy of your survey notifications can be edited for any active survey.
The following Voice settings cannot be edited after a campaign has been created:
- Campaign type
- Assigned survey
- Anonymous setting
