As a means to supplement self-identified EEOC application responses, TalentWall leverages inferential technology to identify race and gender across your entire applicant pool.
With this feature enabled, your account will have access to additional reporting metrics in Analytics and Funnel Segmentation.
Within Analytics, an additional widget section will appear under your EEOC and Diversity widget library with anonymous enriched diversity metrics.
Within Funnel Segmentation, enriched diversity will also appear as additional segment options, allowing you to track holistic gender and race performance across your recruiting funnel.
Enriched data is determined by a combination of name morphology and proprietary machine learning algorithms, but does not scrape other internet data on any person. The service has global coverage and supports nearly all languages, alphabets, countries, and regions. The data is refined and updated through partnerships with scientific groups, universities, and governmental and international institutions.
