Hires

All your metrics related to hires can be found here.

We have several out-of-the-box metrics for hiring, including time to hire, time to fill, hires by month, recruiter, or department to name a few. Click on the "i" for more information on each widget is calculated.  Unless specifically filtering by the hiring manager role, the user filters by different roles depending on the widget described below:

Hires: the number of hires where the candidate's offer acceptance date is within the selected date range. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Starts: Number of hires where the start date is within the selected date range. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Time to Hire: Time to Hire is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date. If you’ve selected a specific date range, the candidates represented here are those whose offer acceptance date falls in this range. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Time to Fill:  Time to Fill is the average number of days between the date a job was opened (or job opening was opened, if your account is configured to use job openings) and the date a candidate accepted an offer for it. If you’ve selected a specific date range, the candidates represented here are those whose offer acceptance date falls in this range. User filters by Primary Recruiter or Coordinator roles.

Time to Start: Time to Start is the average number of days between when an application was created and the candidates's scheduled start date. If you’ve selected a specific date range, the candidates represented here are those whose offer acceptance date falls in this range. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Time to Join: Time to Join is the average number of days between the offer acceptance date and the candidates's scheduled start date. The candidates represented here are those whose scheduled start date falls in the selected date range.

Position Vacancy Time: Position vacancy time is the average number of days between the date a job was opened (or job opening was opened, if your account is configured to use job openings) and the candidates's scheduled start date. If you’ve selected a specific date range, the candidates represented here are those whose scheduled start date falls in this range.

Pending Starts: Number of people who have been marked as hired but their start date is still in the future. This widget is not impacted by date filtering. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Openings Filled: Percentage of Openings with an associated Hire, filtered by Opening date. User filters by Primary Recruiter or Coordinator roles.

Hires per Week: Hires per Week is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance date falls within a particular week. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Hires per Month: Hires per Month is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance date falls within a particular month. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Hires per Quarter: Hires per Quarter is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance date falls within a particular quarter. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Year over Year Hires: Hires YOY is the total number of hires where their offer acceptance date falls within a particular month and is compared to the previous year. The max date range is 1 year. If the date filter exceeds 1 year, the date range applies to the specified end date and the preceding 365 days.

Hires per Month by Department (All Departments): Hires by department per Month is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance date falls within a particular month, broken down by all departments.

Hires per Month by Department (First Level Only): Hires by department per Month is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance date falls within a particular month, broken down by each of the first level departments.

Hires per Month by Department (Second Level Only): Hires by department per Month is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance date falls within a particular month, broken down by each of the second level departments.

Hires per Month by Department (Third Level Only): Hires by department per Month is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance date falls within a particular month, broken down by each of the third level departments.

Hires by Recruiter: The number of candidates that the user is marked as the recruiter for, who accepted an offer. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Hires by Hiring Manager: The number of candidates who accepted an offer for a job that the user is marked as the Hiring Manager for. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Hires by Coordinator: The number of candidates who accepted an offer for a job that the user is marked as the Coordinator for.

Hires by Candidate's Credited to: The number of candidates that the user is marked as the credited to, who received an offer.

Hires by Department (All departments): Hires by Department is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance falls within the selected date range, broken down by all departments.

Hires by Department (First level only): Hires by Department is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance falls within the selected date range, broken down by each of the first level departments.

Hires by Department (Second level only): Hires by Department is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance falls within the selected date range, broken down by each of the second level departments.

Hires by Department (Third Level Only): Hires by Department is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance falls within the selected date range, broken down by each of the third level departments.

Hires by Office (First Level Only): Hires by Office is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance falls within the selected date range, broken down by first level office.

Hires by Office (Second Level Only):Hires by Office is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance falls within the selected date range, broken down by second-level office.

Hires by Source: Hires by Source is the number of Offers with an offer acceptance date within the selected date range, broken down by source name. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Hires by Source Type: Hires by Source Type is the number of Offers with an offer acceptance date within the selected date range, segmented by source type. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Hires per Month by source type: Hires per month by source type is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance date falls within a particular month, broken down by each of the Source Types.

Percentage Hires per month by source type: Percentage hires per month by source type is the total number of candidates that were marked as hired where the offer acceptance date falls within a particular month, broken down by each of the Source Types.

Time to Hire by Department (All Departments): Time to Hire is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date, broken down by Department. If you’ve selected a specific date range, the candidates represented here are those whose offer acceptance date falls in this range. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Time to Hire by Department (First Level): Time to Hire is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date, broken down by first level Department. If you’ve selected a specific date range, the candidates represented here are those whose offer acceptance date falls in this range. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Time to Hire by Department (Second Level): Time to Hire is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date, broken down by second level Department. If you’ve selected a specific date range, the candidates represented here are those whose offer acceptance date falls in this range. This widget only surfaces data from your third level department hierarchy.

Time to Hire by Recruiter: Time to Hire is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date, broken down by User. The candidates represented here are those whose offer acceptance date falls in the selected range. The User in this case is the person who is assigned to the candidate as the recruiter or coordinator. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Time to Hire by Source: The average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date by source. If you’ve selected a specific date range, the candidates represented here are those whose offer acceptance date falls in this range.

Time to Hire by Office: Time to Hire is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date, broken down by Office. The candidates represented here are those whose offer acceptance date falls in the selected range. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Average Time to Hire Per Week: Time to Hire is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date. Each average TTH number is based on candidates whose offer acceptance date is within the date period, with a trailing average to adjust for volatility. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Average Time to Hire Per Month: Time to Hire is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date. Each average TTH number is based on candidates whose offer acceptance date is within the date period, with a trailing average to adjust for volatility. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Average Time to Hire Per Quarter: Time to Hire is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date. Each average TTH number is based on candidates whose offer acceptance date is within the date period, with a trailing average to adjust for volatility. User filters by Primary Recruiter.

Average Time to Fill Per Week: Time to Fill is the average number of days between the date a job was opened (or job opening was opened, if your account is configured to use job openings) and the date a candidate accepted an offer for it. Average Time to Fill Per Month: Time to Fill is the average number of days between the date a job was opened (or job opening was opened, if your account is configured to use job openings) and the date a candidate accepted an offer for it. Each month's average TTF number is based on candidates whose offer acceptance date is within the preceding 6 months. User filters by Primary Recruiter or Coordinator.

Each month's average Time to Hire number is based on candidates whose offer acceptance date is within the preceding 6 months, grouped by all departments. User filters by Job Owner.

Average Time to Hire (Rolling 6 months) by Department (First Level Only): Time to Hire is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the offer acceptance date. Each month's average Time to Hire number is based on candidates whose offer acceptance date is within the preceding 6 months, grouped by first level departments.

Average Time to Hire (Rolling 6 months) by Department (Second Level Only):
