Use the Interview Activity metrics to see data on how many interviews are conducted and how much time is spent on interviewing. Click on the "i" in the widget of each metric to see its calculation. Here are all the available interview activity metrics in the widgets library:
Candidates Interviewed: Number of applications with at least one completed interview, subject to the filters. Date filter is by interview start time. User filters by Interviewer.
Submitted scorecards: Number of scorecards submitted within the given date range, submitted by selected users, on jobs in the selected department and office. User filters by Interviewer.
Outstanding Scorecards for Open Roles: Number of interviews missing a scorecard for open jobs
Total Hours Spent Interviewing: Hours spent by interviewing team on interviews that occurred during this period. Candidates list shows those interviewed. User filters by Interviewer.
Hours Spent Interviewing Per Hire: Hours spent by interviewing team on interviews that occurred during this period divided by the number of offers that were accepted during this period. Candidates list shows those interviewed and those hired. User filters by Interviewer.
Total Interview Hours Week Over Week:
Hours spent by interviewing team on interviews that occurred during the given weeks. User filters by Interviewer.
Interviews per Month: Number of applications with at least one completed interview during the given months, subject to the filters. User filter is by interviewer.
Interviews Per Week: Number of applications with at least one completed interview during the given weeks, subject to the filters. User filter is by interviewer.
Interviews Per Day: Number of applications with at least one completed interview during the given days, subject to the filters. Date filter is by interview start time. User filter is interviewer.
Submitted Scorecards by User: Number of scorecards submitted by each user.
Submitted Scorecards by User per Phase: Number of scorecards submitted by each user, broken down by the interview phase that corresponds to each of them.
Submitted Scorecards per Week: Number of scorecards submitted each week. User filter is by submitter
Submitted Scorecards by Recruiter: Number of scorecards submitted by each user, on jobs for which they are listed as a recruiter on the hiring team.
Outstanding Scorecards by User: Number of interviews missing a scorecard, per user. User filters by Interviewer.
Scorecard Results by Interviewer: Number of scorecards submitted by each user, broken down by the Overall recommendation they submitted (green for Strong yes and Yes; red for Strong no and No; yellow for No decision).
Hours Spent Interviewing by Interviewer: Hours spent by interviewing team on interviews that occurred during this period, grouped by which recruiter participated in the interviews. Candidates list shows those interviewed and those hired. User filters by Interviewer.
Hours Spent Interviewing with Scorecards by Interviewer: Hours spent by interviewing team on interviews that occurred during this period, when a scorecard was submitted, grouped by which recruiter participated in the interviews. Candidates list shows those interviewed and those hired.
Hours Spent Interviewing per Hire by Recruiter: Hours spent by interviewing team on interviews that occurred during this period divided by the number of offers that were accepted during this period, grouped by which recruiter was assigned to each candidate. Candidates list shows those interviewed and those hired. User filters by Interviewer.
Hours Spent Interviewing per Hire by Department: Hours spent by interviewing team on interviews that occurred during this period divided by the number of offers that were accepted during this period, grouped by department. Candidates list shows those interviewed and those hired. User filters by Interviewer.
Interviews by Scheduler: Number of interviews scheduled during the given days, broken down by the organizer. User filters by Organizer.
Average {phase}/Week per Recruiter:
Average number per week of applications with at least one completed interview, subject to the filters. User filters by candidate's primary recruiter.
Avg Weekly Scorecards Submitted in {Phase} Per User: Average number of scorecards submitted in the specific phase per week, by the user who submitted them.
{Phase}/Month: Number of applications with at least one completed interview in the specified Interview Phase, during the given months, subject to the filters. User filter is by candidate's recruiter.
{Phase}/Week: Number of applications with at least one completed interview in the specified Interview Phase, during the given weeks, subject to the filters. User filter is by candidate's recruiter.
{Phase}/Day: Number of applications with at least one completed interview in the specified Interview Phase, during the given days, subject to the filters. User filter is by candidate's recruiter.
{Phase} / Week (counting scorecards): Number of applications with at least one submitted scorecard in the specific phase, during the given weeks, subject to filters. User filter is by who submitted the scorecard.
