All your metrics related to Offers can be found here.

Use the Offers metrics below to see data on how many offers are made, how many are rejected, time to offer and other offers data. Click on the "i" in the widget of each metric to see its calculation. Please note: the general user filter will filter by Primary Recruiter.  

Offers Created: Total number of offers created during this period matching these filters.  

Offers Outstanding: Number of outstanding offers where the candidate has not yet been marked hired or declined, and the offer is open. Note: date filter does not apply.  

Offers Declined: Number of offers that were rejected by the candidate.  

Offers Acceptance: Offer Acceptance rate is the total number of offers accepted divided by the total number of offers which were marked as hired or declined within the selected date range. Offers that are still open are not included in this calculation.  

Time to Offer: Time to Offer is the average number of days between the date a candidate’s application was created and the date their offer was created (not the date the candidate was moved into offer stage).  

Time to Accept: Time to Accept is the average number of days between the date an offer was created and the date a candidate accepted the offer. If you’ve selected a specific date range, the candidates represented here are those whose offer acceptance date falls in this range.  

Offers Week over Week: This is the total number of offers where the creation date falls within a particular week.

Offers Month over Month: This is the total number of offers where the creation date falls within a particular month.  

Offers Quarter over Quarter: Offers Quarter over Quarter is the total number of offers where the creation date falls within a particular quarter.

Offers by Source: Offers by Source is the number of Offers that was created within the selected date range, broken down by source name.  

Offers by Source Type: This is the number of Offers that were created within the selected date range, segmented by source type.  

Offers by Recruiter: The number of candidates that the user is marked as the recruiter for, who received an offer.  

Offers by Candidate's Credited to: The number of candidates that the user is marked as the credited to, who received an offer.

Average Offer Acceptance Rate Per Month: Offer Acceptance rate is the total number of offers accepted divided by the total number of offers which were marked as hired or rejected. Each percentage bar is based on candidates whose offer resolved date is within the month, with a trailing average to adjust for volatility. 

Average Offer Acceptance Rate Per Quarter: Offer Acceptance rate is the total number of offers accepted divided by the total number of offers which were marked as hired or rejected. Each percentage bar is based on candidates whose offer resolved date is within the quarter, with a trailing average to adjust for volatility.

Average Offer Acceptance Rate Per Year: Offer Acceptance rate is the total number of offers accepted divided by the total number of offers which were marked as hired or rejected. Each percentage bar is based on candidates whose offer resolved date is within the year, with a trailing average to adjust for volatility.

Offer Decisions Per Week: Shows the breakdown of offers resolved within the period. Dates are based on the week when the offer is accepted or rejected/declined. Not included here are any outstanding offers.

Offer Decisions Per Month: Shows the breakdown of offers resolved within the period. Each bar represents the total number of offers made per month, broken down by green for accepted offers, and red for rejected offers. (Not included are any outstanding offers.) You can filter by specific jobs to see which need more attention, or filter by specific users to see the recruiters who made the most offers.  

Average Offer Acceptance Rate by Department: Offer Acceptance rate is the total number of offers accepted divided by the total number of offers which were marked as hired or rejected, broken down by department.
