Other miscellaneous metrics can be found here.

The Other tab in the Widget Library includes miscellaneous metrics that help capture a broad overview of everything in your pipeline. You can also use a custom widget to find metrics that are not available yet in our ATS, or use the Title widget to use as titles or subtitles in a custom dashboard. Click on the "i" in each widget to know how the metric is calculated or how to create your own metric:

Customizable: If you send this box to a Custom Dashboard, you can put whatever value you want in it. For example, if you want to include data that is not part of your ATS, such as company head count.

Title: If you send this box to a Custom Dashboard, you can use this as a title or subtitle.

Description: If you send this box to a Custom Dashboard, you can include a description of the widgets near it.

Draft Jobs: Total number of draft jobs. Date filters do not apply.

Jobs by Status by Department: Number of jobs per department, grouped by job status.

Jobs by Status by Office (first level only): Number of draft and open jobs by each of the first level offices. Note: date filter does not apply.

Jobs by Status by Office (second level only): Number of draft and open jobs by each of the second level offices. Note: date filter does not apply.

Open Jobs: Number of open jobs. This figure may include jobs that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. User filter applies to Hiring Team members; date filter does not apply. 

Avg Days Open for Open Jobs: An average of days open for any open jobs. Date filters do not apply.

Open Jobs by Departments (All departments): Number of open jobs per department. This figure may include jobs that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. Note: date filter does not apply.

Open Jobs by Departments (First Level only): Number of open jobs per first-level department. This figure may include jobs that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. Note: date filter does not apply.

Open Jobs by Departments (Second Level only): Number of open jobs per second-level department. This figure may include jobs that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. Note: date filter does not apply.

Open Jobs by Departments (Third Level only): Number of open jobs per third-level department. This figure may include jobs that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. Note: date filter does not apply.

Open Jobs by Office (First Level only): Number of open jobs per office. This figure may include jobs that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. Note: date filter does not apply.

Open Jobs by Office (Second Level only): Number of open jobs by each of the second level offices. This figure may include jobs that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. Note: date filter does not apply.

Open Jobs by Hiring Manager: Number of open jobs, broken down by the hiring manager. This figure may include jobs that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. Date filter does not apply.

Open Jobs by Coordinator: Number of open jobs per coordinator. This figure may include jobs that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. Note: date filter does not apply.

Open Jobs by Sourcer: Number of open jobs per sourcer. This figure may include jobs that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. Note: date filter does not apply.

Job Health Status: All open jobs, broken down by job health status. Date filter applies to open date.

Job Health Status by Recruiter: All open jobs, broken down by the Job health status, segmented by the role's Primary Recruiter. Date filter applies to open date.

Job Health Status by Hiring Manager: All open jobs, broken down by the Job health status, segmented by the role's hiring manager. Date filter applies to open date.

Total Openings: Number of open and pending openings. User filter applies to Hiring Team members; date filter does not apply.

Openings by Close Reason: Number of openings closed in the date range, broken down by each of the different close reasons.

Total Number of Openings Per Month: Number of openings active during each month. User filter applies to Hiring Team members.

Total Number of Openings Per Quarter: Number of openings active during each quarter. User filter applies to Hiring Team members.

Active Candidates: The number of active applications in open jobs. This figure may include candidates that you cannot see on the wall because of your permissions. User filter applies to Primary recruiter or Coordinator; date filter does not apply. 

Total Applicants: Total number of candidates who applied within the date range.

New Applications per Week: New Candidates per Week is the total number of candidates who applied within a particular week. User filter applies to Primary recruiter or Coordinator.

New Applications per Month: New Candidates per Month is the total number of candidates who applied within a particular month. User filter applies to Primary recruiter or Coordinator.

New Applications per Quarter: New Candidates per quarter is the total number of candidates who applied within a particular quarter. User filter applies to Primary recruiter or Coordinator.

Rejection Reasons: Number of candidates rejected across all stages, broken down by rejection reason. This includes both ‘they rejected us’ and ‘we rejected them’ reasons. User filter applies to Primary recruiter or Coordinator.

Rejection Reasons on {Phase}:
You'll see widgets for each of your interview phases, which will show you the number of candidates rejected within that stage, broken down by rejection reason. This includes both ‘they rejected us’ and ‘we rejected them’ reasons.

Rejection Reasons: They Rejected Us: Number of candidates rejected across all stages, broken down by rejection reason. This only includes ‘They rejected us’ reasons. User filter applies to Primary recruiter or Coordinator.

Rejection Reasons: They Rejected Us On Offer: Number of candidates rejected on Offer, broken down by rejection reason. This only includes ‘They rejected us’ reasons. User filter applies to Primary recruiter or Coordinator.
