The process of prospect enrichment works as follows:
- A reference request is sent to a reference
- Reference opts into the talent pool at the end of the reference survey
- Crosschq enriches the reference’s profile within 24 hours of opting-in
- Prospect profile is then shared with the account where the reference opted in
- 15 days later prospect profile is shared with all accounts
