Re-Enabling Deactivated Greenhouse Web Hooks

In the event a TalentWall-connected web hook is deactivated in Greenhouse, we recommend following these steps to re-enable the affected web hook (you will need access to developer tools in Greenhouse):

1. Navigate to Configure > Dev Center > Web Hooks. Then, Select "Web Hooks" on the final page.
   
2. Under the "Edit Web Hook" section, search for the corresponding web hook. Usually, the web hook is named TalentWall along with the event that the web hook triggers. Once located, click the edit icon for the web hook.
3. To re-enable the web hook, select "No" under the Disabled section.
   
4. Once "No" has been selected, click "Update Web Hook" to save your changes.
