Why don't all the jobs appear in the Wall tab that I shared with someone?

The likely reason is because the user you shared the Wall tab with does not have permissions to view those jobs in Greenhouse. On the Wall, we effectively mirror your Greenhouse permissions in that you can only see the jobs that you have access to in Greenhouse.
