All your EEOC & Diversity metrics can be found here.

To see how you're hiring for diversity and inclusion metrics, TalentWall Admins can enable EEOC for team members here in account settings. When EEOC is enabled, the EEOC data can be viewed in two places: in the Wall when viewing a job's analytics, as well as in the in Analytics here.

Admins can also select the default stage to create widgets for closed and open jobs by gender or racial diversity. They can select the stage from the account settings page here:

Once this is configured, go to the EEOC & Demographics tab to see the widgets for closed and open jobs by gender or racial diversity at the bottom of the page:

If you enabled your custom demographic questions in Greenhouse, we will also provide the widgets for these questions as well.  However the answers to these questions will only be for hired candidates who have answered your demographic questions, and only questions with responses with single-select and multi-select questions are considered. These widgets are titled with "Hired Candidates" followed by the custom question.

For multi-select questions, each answer with one value selected counts as that value, each answer with more than one value selected counts as "2 or more selected".

Below is a breakdown of the default metrics we have available in the EEOC library; the user filter is by candidate's recruiter for all widgets:

Candidates by Gender: Number of applications created/submitted during this time period for jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filters, where candidate indicated gender on their EEOC survey.

Candidates by Race: Number of applications created/submitted during this time period for jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filter, where candidate indicated race on their EEOC survey.

Candidates by Veteran Status: Number of applications created/submitted during this time period for jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filter, where candidate indicated veteran status on their EEOC survey.

Candidates by Disability Status: Number of applications created/submitted during this time period for jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filter, where candidate indicated disability status on their EEOC survey.

Hires by Gender: Number of offers accepted during this time period where candidate indicated gender on their EEOC survey. Department and Office filter apply to jobs, user filter to candidate's recruiter. Date filters apply to hire date.

Hires by Race: Number of offers accepted during this time period where candidate indicated race on their EEOC survey. Department and Office filter apply to jobs, user filter to candidate's recruiter. Date filters apply to hire date.

Hires by Veteran Status: Number of offers accepted during this time period where candidate indicated veteran status on their EEOC survey. Department and Office filter apply to jobs, user filter to candidate's recruiter. Date filters apply to hire date.

Hires by Disability Status: Number of offers accepted during this time period where candidate indicated disability status on their EEOC survey. Department and Office filter apply to jobs, user filter to candidate's recruiter. Date filters apply to hire date.

Active Candidates by Gender: Number of active applications jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filter, where candidate indicated gender on their EEOC survey.

Active Candidates by Race: Number of active applications jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filter, where candidate indicated race on their EEOC survey.

Active Candidates by Veteran Status: Number of active applications jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filter, where candidate indicated veteran status on their EEOC survey.

Active Candidates by Disability Status: Number of active applications jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filter, where candidate indicated disability status on their EEOC survey.

Percent Application by Gender Over Time: Percent of applications created/submitted during this time period for jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filter, that indicated gender on their EEOC survey.

Percent Application by Race Over Time: Percent of applications created/submitted during this time period for jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filter, that indicated race on their EEOC survey.

Closed Jobs by Gender Diversity: Includes only closed jobs with at least a hire and at least a candidate that completed EEOC form. Yes: jobs where a female candidate made it into Configured Target stage; No: jobs where there were no female candidates who made it into Configured Target stage. Configured Target stage can be configured in Account Settings > Customize > Widget Configuration.

Closed Jobs by Race Diversity: Includes only closed jobs with at least a hire and at least a candidate that completed EEOC form. Yes: jobs where a non white candidate made it into Configured Target stage; No: jobs where there were no non-white candidates who made it into Configured Target stage. Configured Target stage can be configured in Account Settings > Customize > Widget Configuration.

Open Jobs by Gender Diversity: Includes all open jobs with at least a candidate that completed EEOC form. Yes: jobs where a female candidate made it into Configured Target stage; No: jobs where there were no female candidates who made it into Configured Target stage. Configured Target stage can be configured in Account Settings > Customize > Widget Configuration

Open Jobs by Race Diversity: Includes all open jobs with at least a candidate that completed EEOC form. Yes: jobs where a non-white candidate made it into Configured Target stage; No: jobs where there were no non-white candidates who made it into Configured Target stage. Configured Target stage can be configured in Account Settings > Customize > Widget Configuration.


In addition to reporting on self identified EEOC responses, TalentWall can also leverage inferential technology to analyze gender and race across your entire applicant pool. More information can be found from this article: Enriched diversity data. If enriched diversity is enabled for your org, the following widgets will also be added to this library:

Your enriched diversity data is fetched for a limited number of past months as specified in your contract.

Candidates by Gender (Enriched): Number of candidates jobs matching the selected department and office, and candidate's recruiter matching the selected user filter, based on candidate's name and address. Your enriched diversity data is fetched for a limited number of past months as specified in your contract.
